No, this is also a need to fulfil the ROHS directive.

Phthalates are used in some products. However, these should not be confused with phthalates listed in EU's (REACH) Candidate List.
Do the products contain any substances on the REACH Candidate List?
No, none of the substances on this list is used in products or within the company.
Are the products harmful to children and/or pets?
No, not according to EU's legislation. None of the substances on the EU's (REACH) Candidate List or Restriction List within the area of application is used in products or within the company.
Do you produce any PVC foils without phthalates? If that is the case why not for all?
Yes, we produce many PVC foils without phthalates and work actively to develop alternatives where it is technically and economically feasible.
